Celebrated a 10th anniversary in 2018, FLAIR is a pioneering award-winning interior design practice providing tailored interior design solutions and premium fit out services for luxurious residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Design

FLAIR Provides tailored interior design solutions and renovation services for residential, commercial and office projects. The well-defined design process ensures a blueprint customized to your preferences. Our scope of work includes but not limited to: Interior design, furniture design, landscape design and product design. Part of the design process includes procurement services. FLAIR has access to a wide array of products and contacts with tier 1 suppliers.

Contracting

With more than 10 years of solid experience in the industry, we deliver turn-key projects in accordance with high quality standards. Our certified suppliers and skilled subcontractors are devoted to deliver premium quality finishes. Our scope of work includes but not limited to: Architectural remodeling, HVAC, MEP, tiling works, suspended ceilings, cladding, painting works and wood Works.

Project Management

We manage projects from commencement to completion providing an exceptional planning service. We are strongly committed to delivering projects within time plan and budget constraints. As an award-winning design practice, quality is a matter of dedication. Our scope of work includes but not limited to: Resources planning, developing schedules, time/cost planning, monitoring/reporting and quality control.
